We're Hiring for the role of "Assistant Manager - Customer Support".
Reverting to the customers on time by maintaining TAT and managing the response time.
Resolve customer queries/ grievances by forwarding them to the concerned department and higher management if necessary.
Stay updated on Processes as per the SOPs.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Understand the customer needs/concerns and provide the best solution to the customer.
Ability to successfully adapt to changes in the work environment.
Proactive redressal of customer queries & grievance is expected.
Customer centric approach
To ensure and check timely submission of MIS reports as per requirement of CS function and ensure best CS practices.
Build sustainable relationship and trust with Operation team through open & interactive communications.
Do due justice for resolving/ Validating of complaints.
Salary: INR 4,00,000 - 5,50,000 PA.
