Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Recruitment & Experience in hiring blue collared & White collared employees (Talent Acquisition), bulk hiring for blue collared staff during season
2. Vendor/consultants coordination for the same
3. Induction, orientation, joining & exit formalities, appointment letter, appraisal letter, NOC, Experience letter, relieving letter.
4. Implementing HR Policies & compliances. IR , labour laws & compliance handling
5. Employee grievances handling/employee welfare
6. Timely updating various policies. Acts & adhering strictly to the Labour laws
8. Compiling & consolidation of Salary data/calculation.
9. Payroll Compilation.
10. Disciplinary actions, Training & development, grooming of manpower.
11. HR Audits.
12. Experience & efficiency in handling blue collared staff
13. Recruitment for entry level positions
14. should have hand on experience in V Look up, formulaes, excel & salary preparation of data & attendance collating
15. should be good with excel skills, & have exposure in handling HR MIS , data mapping data mining ,generation of manpower reports
16. HR audits, let's Talk programs, open house sessions, skip levels
17. statutory Compliance handling
18. travelling in and around Lucknow is required for HR audits, employee engagement programs, training & induction
